Café Coaching

This week I thought it would be useful to provide you with a few real-life coaching stories, so below you'll hear about the experience of Adeline, Niels and Flemming who came to Café coaching with very different goals.

Adeline worked with me, to increase her career confidence through looking more follow-through at work: Niels turned to anger management coaching, to help him in his career and personal life, and Flemming worked his communication issues to transform his relationship with his mother – and others.

I hope you'll find their stories useful for yourself, whatever your own personal circumstances. We all have dreams and ambitions to fine-tune and improve our lives or perhaps even change them completely and no other generation has had the freedom and opportunity that we have to make life work to our own individual design.

But here's the rub – unlimited choice and endless possibilities can also feelGRAPHIC overwhelming.

The beauty and the challenge of modern life is to grasp the opportunity of freedom to make life really work for you, so you're living the best life for you. Figuring out what you really want, making full use of your talents and abilities, pushing yourself to fulfil your fullest potential, taking responsibility for making your life work – this is what brings people to coaching.

And the freedom and complexity of contemporary life is what has made coaching so relevant now, rather than at any other time in history.

If any of this resonates with you, speak to one of my team, try an online course and if you’d like to spend a day with me reinventing your life, then you’re very welcome! I’ll be running a workshop in Copenhagen on 10th December on Café Coaching, so see you there - click below:
